When someone asks to take their photo, you never think too much about it.
Back in January, Craig and I were on a trail called Buzzards Peak in Big Sur and I was randomly asked by a guy (David) to take a photo of him and his girlfriend (Orit) with his phone. I always like taking people’s photos, but as I got counting “1, 2, 3…cheese….”, David got down on one knee and proposed to Orit. Of course I kept my finger on the camera and snapped a million photos on David’s phone…but I was in awe and shock that they would ask me to take photos of their surprise engagement!
I happened to have my digital camera with me and offered to take some more photos of their engagement so they could have some hi-res images to savor their celebration. They said yes and so I snapped a few and continued to capture their smiles, tears and joy. Thank you David for choosing me to take photos of your special day!
